Qualifications

• Review customer purchase orders and compare with ERP data.
• Confirm orders accurately into the ERP system.
• Access customer portals for latest PO revisions.
• Maintain and update electronic work instructions.
• Notify discrepancies in writing and request information.
• Collaborate with CSS and sales staff for support.
• Correct and modify records in databases.
• Cross-train in other department areas.
• Adhere to the Employee Code of Conduct.
• Perform additional duties as required by APP leadership.
