Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and routing sheets.
• Capable of using hand tools and operating forklifts.
• Must follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to changing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety, DOT, HAZMAT and PPE policies and performs daily inspections.
• Completes first article inspection reports using inspection tools.
• Sets-up and operates punch presses; performs change-overs and adjustments.
• Produces stamped parts to blueprints/route sheets.
• Completes labor cards, production reports and CI/CI paperwork accurately.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintains 6S in the work area and contributes to CI initiatives.
• Performs cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Willing to work scheduled overtime hours (weekdays/weekends).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
