Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a production/assembler associate in the United States, with a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience. The role emphasizes safety, machine operation, quality checks, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will set up punch presses, read blueprints, perform preventative maintenance, complete production paperwork, and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring on-time production and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of related experience, or 2 years in lieu of education.
• Able to perform safely in a fast-paced environment including forklift operation and equipment setup.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies, wear PPE, and perform equipment inspections.
• Complete first article inspection reports using various inspection techniques and quality tools.
• Set up and operate punch presses for metal parts, perform change-overs and adjust material as needed.
• Produce stamped parts meeting quality/quantity standards per blueprints and routing sheets.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely (labor cards, CI cards, etc.).
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and communicate effectively with department colleagues.
• Maintain 6s cleanliness and participate in CI initiatives, assist with cycle counting and overtime as needed.
