Job summary

Donaldson is a leading filtration technology company seeking a production operator to support stamping and assembly processes at our Tennessee plant. You will follow safety policies, operate punch presses, and inspect parts per blueprints while maintaining accurate production records.

The role requires reading routing sheets, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with team members to achieve production targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1 year of related experience or 2 years in lieu of education.
• Ability to safely perform tasks in a fast-paced environment including operating forklifts, hoists, and die handlers.
• Ability to read blueprints and routing sheets; understand written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and teamwork to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and PPE requirements.
• Complete first article inspection reports using various inspection techniques and quality tools.
• Set up and operate punch presses; perform change-overs and adjust tooling.
• Produce stamped parts per blueprints and route sheets; complete production paperwork accurately.
