Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Size, select, and specify pumps and related equipment.
- Analyze pump hydraulics to support proper application and troubleshooting.
- Interpret customer specifications and recommend appropriate products.
- Use application support tools to develop accurate proposals.
- Provide technical support to customers and field sales personnel.
- Prepare detailed equipment submittal.
- Accurately process customer orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.
- Adhere to and understand company policies and procedures.
