Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Pump & Power Foreman to lead projects involving set up and tear down of Pump & Power equipment, bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, and related tasks. You will coordinate crew members, ensure safety, and maintain tools and supplies to complete each project.

The role requires physical labor, leadership, and project management skills, with CDL preferred and base pay considerations based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with a history of previous success.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Construction background is preferred.
• Basic equipment operating skills – forklift, skid loader, etc.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and motivate members.
• Create and execute project plans with the crew.
• Assign tasks to achieve daily goals.
• Represent Sunbelt in communications with customer and internal resources.
