Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Foreman to lead Pump & Power projects, including setup and teardown labor for equipment, generators, power distribution, A/C, heat, and water restoration. The role emphasizes project leadership, planning, and customer communication on site.

Qualifications

• Basic Equipment knowledge and troubleshooting on pumps, generators, power distribution, A/C, heater.
• Strong mechanical background, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of previous success.
• Construction background.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Basic equipment operating skills – forklift, skid loader.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team members during the project.
• Create a project plan and execute with team members.
• Assign tasks to crew members to achieve daily goals.
• Represent Sunbelt in communications with customer and internal resources.
• Create accurate project timelines and manage documentation.
