Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate Process Manager on the PULSE Product Governance team to champion operational excellence and support the Product Development Lifecycle within the PULSE PMO. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Process or Risk Management.
• 1+ year in Continual Improvement.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience creating executive decks.
• 1+ year Jira experience to update data and run queries.
• 4+ years in Process Management.
• 1+ year Project Management.
• 1+ year collaborating with Product and Technology teams.
• Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Jira data quality across programs to user stories, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Build dynamic reporting and dashboards from Jira data highlighting visibility and capacity.
• Lead the creation of monthly decks for senior leadership by synthesizing data from Jira and Google Drive.
• Analyze data to identify risks and trends.
• Partner with Product, Technology and Intent Owners to drive improvements.
