Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience.
• At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience.
• Preference for Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Jira Data Quality across programs, user stories to ensure accurate data.
• Build dynamic reporting and dashboards showing work visibility and capacity.
• Lead monthly executive presentations by synthesizing Jira and Google Drive data.
• Identify data risks and trends, and influence improvement actions.
• Partner with Product, Technology and Intent Owners to deliver outcomes.
