Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in the United States seeks a field-based sales professional to engage Pulmonary customers, launch and grow our asthma franchise, and drive brand-share and revenue across an assigned geography.

The role requires building clinician relationships, collaborating with Medical Science Liaisons and account teams, and delivering scientifically grounded messaging while meeting territory goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
• Ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product information.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity/compliance.
• Team player.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Engage pulmonary customers in assigned geography with clinically focused selling messages to launch and grow brand-share and revenue.
• Collaborate with field stakeholders to address customer needs, identify market trends, develop strategies supporting brand objectives, and ensure account success.
• Build relationships with pulmonary experts, office staff, healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy groups.
• Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to grow territory business and utilization.
• Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities.
• Maximize allocated territory budget to execute strategies and generate/grow business.
• Participate in and help lead sales initiatives at congresses and meetings.
• Own business opportunities, including coordination/calling on large group practices and key targets.
• Establish relationships with thought leaders.
