Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a field-based sales professional to engage Allergists and ENTs and drive adoption of our asthma and immunology portfolio across the assigned geography. You will collaborate with MSLs and access teams to address customer needs and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.

Build relationships with immunology experts and patient groups to advance product utilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years pharma/biotech sales or relevant clinical experience.
Ability to travel within the territory.
Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets.
Team player mindset.
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Engage Allergists and ENTs in the assigned geography to promote products and meet goals.
Collaborate with MSLs and field teams to address customer needs and market trends.
Build relationships with immunology experts, coordinators, and patient groups.
Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow territory business.
Plan and execute local speaker programs; manage territory budget.
Lead sales initiatives at industry congresses and regional meetings.
Own opportunities in the territory and coordinate with large practices.
Establish relationships with thought leaders and drive customer value.
