• Provides basic nursing care under supervision of MD/PA/NP.
• Documents vital signs in patient chart.
• Notifies licensed personnel of changes in patient status or pain.
• Communicates clearly with nurse, physicians, and co-workers.
• Prepares charts and gathers test results prior to appointments.
• Interacts professionally with patient and family and involves them in care planning.
• Operates and monitors essential equipment safely.
