Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients by greeting them in person or by phone.
• Verifies patient information and medical history for visits.
• Prepares patients for health care visits and assists with examinations.
• Records examination and treatment results in EMR and relays plans to staff.
• Keeps exam rooms stocked and ready for patient care.
• Assists providers during exams and prepares medications for injections.
• Provides safe, age-appropriate care and adheres to policies.
• Mentors new staff and supports smooth unit operations.
