Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Experience in a doctor's or medical office.
• Ability to read and communicate in English; bilingual is a plus.
• General math skills and basic record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure vital signs.
• Record medical histories and enter data into medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist physicians with examinations.
• Take and process lab specimens and prepare for testing.
• Schedule appointments and handle general office duties.
• Operate basic diagnostic equipment and dispense medications as directed.
