Qualifications

• Licensure as an RN in Georgia.
• National certification in clinical or leadership specialty within 2 years of hire.
• Minimum 1 year in direct patient care in an acute care environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilités

• Executes leader standard work and leads tiered huddles to coordinate care and safety.
• Coordinates staffing based on acuity, census, and patient flow.
• Escalates issues appropriately and ensures handoffs are thorough.
• Mentors staff and supports real-time feedback and professional development.
