Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• National certification in a clinical or leadership specialty within two years of hire.
• Associates Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Executes leader standard work each shift to promote reliable operations.
• Leads tiered huddles and coordinates countermeasures within real time.
• Applies rapid-cycle improvement (PDCA/A3) to address recurring barriers.
• Captures and trends unit-level issues and outcomes to support governance and continuous improvement.
• Coaches staff to reinforce accountability, continuous improvement, and recognition.
• Completes a structured end of shift handoff to ensure continuity of care and unit stability.
