• Leads tiered huddles and uses visual management to identify abnormalities, prioritize risks, and coordinate countermeasures.
• Facilitates structured escalation of barriers using safety tools and chain of command.
• Acts as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, supporting evidence-based practice.
