Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Respiratory Therapist and NBRC-credentialed.
• BLS required; ACLS within 1 year of hire; PALS recommended.
• Minimum 6 months clinical experience; departmental orientation provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient and outpatient pulmonary diagnostic testing.
• Conduct Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) and six-minute walk tests.
• Set up ventilator support and monitor patients.
• Draw arterial blood gases and manage patient airways.
• Participate in rapid response and code blue teams as needed.
