The role provides administrative and project-management support for journals in Neuroscience, Psychiatry, and Pharmacology, assisting Editors-in-Chief and editorial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for Editors-in-Chief, Editorial Board members, and society partners, demonstrating a customer-focused approach and effective communication.
• Support the achievement of annual journal targets by maintaining a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
• Manage general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Prepare materials for team reports, conferences, and Editorial Board meetings, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Monitor reporting schedules and ensure timely completion of journal reports and projects.
• Compile, analyze, and report key publishing metrics such as article output, citations, and usage.
• Support editorial and publishing projects, including editor recruitment, ethics investigations, and invoice management.
• Apply knowledge of publishing workflows to support editorial processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate deadlines and journal operations.
• Contribute to social media and marketing initiatives by preparing content and announcing journal achievements.
• Maintain journal data in publishing systems like JFlow and CoreMedia Studio.
