Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate and graduate education in education or a related field.
• Experience demonstrating ability to instruct students or trainees.
• Specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments, design and facilitate customized courses and trainings aligned with the department's plan.
• Develop curricula and select presentation formats and AV tools for employee certification in trade skills.
• Develop lesson plans and tailor training to individual learning differences among staff.
