The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands‑on, proven experience in municipal infrastructure including roadway, site development, drainage, small diameter water/waster utility design, and/or utilities design. The selected individual will be responsible for the growth and success of Public Works design, planning and related services within the area, including team management and performance, business development, client relationships, and project delivery. This position will have a large amount of autonomy in managing a team of 7+ professional engineers and engineers‑in‑training. This position requires strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with local entities (preferably in DFW area). Projects include, yet not limited to, roadways, drainage systems, water and wastewater pipelines, civil site work and associated civil improvements in municipal site development as well as parks and trails facilities.
