Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of experience in public works utilities and roadway design.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Established network of municipal clients and teaming partners.

• Develop and maintain a robust network of municipal clients and teaming partners.
• Identify potential projects and lead strategies to secure design contracts.
• Produce winning project proposals as lead professional/project manager.
• Develop and review project scopes and professional services fees.
• Supervise direct reports (Team Leaders) and mentor staff.
• Oversee large scale, multi-discipline projects and cross-office collaboration.
• Drive sales growth and monitor financial project performance.
