Responsibilities

• Oversees street, parks, drainage, and facility maintenance and graffiti removal.
• Manages contracts and coordinates City projects within the division.
• Prepares division budgets and monitors expenditures.
• Evaluates methods, plans schedules, and monitors costs.
• Plans activities, maintains records, issues estimates.
• Reviews bids, ensures vendor and contractor compliance.
• Evaluates employees, enforces safety and conducts discipline.
• Selects staff; sets work methods and safety training.
