Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager in Palmdale, CA to support capital improvement projects for a public works client and serve as Owner's Representative.

You will manage budget, schedule, and quality, coordinate with regulators, and drive permitting. A bachelor's degree and eight years of PM experience are required, with CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED preferred. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Eight years of project management, engineering, or construction management experience.
• At least three years independently managing public works projects.
• Certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders and team members.
• Drive the permitting process and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Develop action plans and manage budget, schedule, and quality throughout the project.
• Lead contracts, claims negotiations, and framework for project documentation.
