Cumming Group is seeking an Associate Director for the Public Project Management team in Richmond, CA. You will serve as owner's representative on complex public projects, coordinating planning, design and construction while controlling schedule, budget and stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years PM experience, K-12/DSA familiarity, and advanced certifications. This role offers high-profile project exposure and opportunities to shape delivery from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PM experience overall including management.
• Experience on K-12/DSA projects preferred.
• Education in construction/engineering related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams and manage scope, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Lead development of staff through supervision and mentoring.
• Develop and oversee RFPs for consultants and contractors.
• Monitor budgets and monthly billing/projections.
• Maintain positive client relationships and pursue new business.
