Job summary

Cumming Group in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead campus projects, acting as owner’s representative from planning through delivery. You’ll drive budgets, schedules, and stakeholder alignment on complex educational facilities.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 8+ years in PM/ construction management; CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED certifications are preferred. On-site role with substantial client interaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA or LEED certification preferred.
• BS in Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team, large project, multiple projects, or a program.
• Define technical scope and project objectives.
• Promote repeat business through effective coordination and communication.
• Review cost estimates and manage budgets.
• Facilitate client communication with regular reports and updates.
• Ensure projects meet client objectives and timelines.
