Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering; December 2026 or May 2027 graduates encouraged to apply.
• Have a current Texas EIT license or ability to obtain within 2 years of employment.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools.
• Experience with CAD/Civil 3D or similar design software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a design team to develop construction plans for local infrastructure projects.
• Use CAD tools to display calculations, layouts, and concepts for construction plans.
• Draft reports and present plans to diverse audiences, translating technical information into accessible concepts.
• Estimate construction costs, perform site visits, and review contractor submittals.
