Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, 3+ years related experience and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain certifications as required.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead division staff through established processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement divisional goals and objectives.
• Supervise daily operations and evaluate work quality and safety.
• Conduct performance reviews, training plans, and disciplinary procedures.
• Operate and train staff on all required vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Respond to citizen requests and complaints.
• Assist Fleet Management with vehicle/equipment inventory tracking.
• Advise Director on annual departmental budget development and implementation.
