Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Any equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree and PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide departmental leadership and direction for four divisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct operations with a multi-million operating budget and a billion-dollar infrastructure system.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate publicly to constituents.
• Oversee budget and capital planning; ensure service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Work with Board of County Commissioners and other directors to align priorities.
