DeKalb County is seeking a lead for a small crew responsible for maintenance and upkeep of public infrastructure. The position is safety sensitive and subject to random drug testing under the County’s policy.

You will coordinate daily activities, supervise tasks across street, drainage, and building projects, train staff on equipment and safety procedures, and ensure safe work zones and traffic control at sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in maintenance of public infrastructure preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily work activities; organize and prioritize project tasks; assign and evaluate work.
• Train workers on equipment operation and safety protocols; maintain safety zones and traffic control at sites.
• Lead tasks across street, drainage, building, and grounds maintenance projects.
