Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and considerable progressive public utility management experience.
• Experience in water and wastewater operations, capital improvement projects.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as chief administrative officer of the Public Service Authority and provide overall leadership and management of Authority operations.
• Implement policies, resolutions and directives established by the PSA Board of Directors.
• Recruit, coach and manage departmental personnel and develop staff schedules; assign and inspect work.
• Develop and implement short and long-range plans for water, wastewater and infrastructure services.
• Oversee major construction, expansion and improvement projects including budgets, contracts and schedules.
• Identify and pursue federal, state and other funding opportunities, including grants and financing programs.
• Represent the Authority in negotiations with customers, developers, regulatory agencies and other organizations.
• Provide timely reports and updates to the PSA Board.
