Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science or related field.
• Six to nine years of progressive experience in public utilities operations or administration.
• Valid Virginia driver's license or ability to obtain one within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational planning for water and wastewater systems.
• Oversee department budgets and capital improvement projects.
