Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Public Administration, Environmental Science, Utilities Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Progressively responsible experience in water and wastewater utility management, including capital infrastructure projects, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee water and sewer operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Direct capital improvement programs and CIP projects with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Develop and administer department budgets and contracts.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies (VDH, VDEQ, OSHA) and maintain external reports.
