Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building consumer technology and shipping products in complex environments.
• Strong track record in hiring, mentoring, and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for the team with executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing PIT Crew focused on delivering measurable impact for New Yorkers.
• Establish modern best practices for product and design and promote adoption.
• Manage and mentor product and design teams across disciplines and skill levels.
• Drive clarity in ambiguity, shaping long-term strategy and roadmap.
• Own and drive the team's high-level roadmap and staffing decisions.
• Ensure launches meet usability, accessibility, security, and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with City agencies and external partners to align priorities.
• Oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned.
