Public Spaces/Custodian (Maintenance)

The Custodian/Maintenance staff is responsible for cleaning the lobby and public restrooms, washing and folding laundry, assisting other staff in preparing checkouts to be guest-ready, and maintaining the facilities and grounds.

They also respond promptly to emergency situations such as police, fire, emergency responder incidents, water issues, building electrical outages, water line breaks, etc.
