Job summary

This role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and collaboration with engineering and management to ensure a polished environment for associates, executives, and visitors. Mondy–Friday daytime schedule with holidays off in a professional corporate setting at Old Parkland.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, facilities, or janitorial services.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and pride in a clean, professional environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned public and associate areas throughout the day.
• Service lobbies, entrances, meeting spaces, restrooms, offices, and fitness center areas.
• Launder and restock towels for the fitness center.
• Identify maintenance concerns and safety issues and report them.
• Follow OSHA and Omni standards; interact professionally with guests and associates.
