Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain a 4-diamond level of service.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Present a professional appearance and attitude.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; stand/walk for extended periods.
• Follow OSHA and Omni safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Service building areas including restrooms, lobbies, fitness center, and outside grounds.
• Perform daily laundering of fitness center towels.
• Open and close work requests in Synergy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Report maintenance issues or concerns.
