Job summary

Omni Dallas Hotel in downtown Dallas is hiring a Public Areas Attendant to keep lobbies, restrooms, and public spaces spotless and inviting. You will work with hotel leadership to ensure standards meet the 4-diamond service level.

The role requires stamina for standing and walking, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Maintain a 4-diamond level of service.
• Work with Management on special projects.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies and restrooms.
• Service lobby areas and public restrooms in lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas.
• Service executive offices and both men's and ladies associate locker rooms.
• Maintain lobby and lower lobby pre-function spaces; keep balconies neat and clean.
• Ensure main guest entrance is neat and clean; manage floral arrangements and plants without debris.
• Maintain ash urns, water fountains, and phone stations in neat condition.
• Serve guest and associate elevators; ensure safety and a secure environment.
• Complete any special projects and report maintenance concerns.
