Job summary

Arizona Corporation Commission is seeking a CSR II to handle a high-volume call center role at 1300 West Washington Street, Phoenix. You will assist with inquiries about corporate filings, provide information, and perform record research to support processing of documents in accordance with Arizona law.

The position emphasizes excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling 70+ calls daily in a high-volume inbound call center.
• Mastery of effective and efficient customer service techniques.
• Excellent listening, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers.
• Research and problem-solving abilities; learn filing requirements per Titles 10 & 29.
• Ability to examine documents for compliance with ACC policies and procedures.
• Proficient with multiple web and system PC applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone inquiries regarding submission, examination, and filing of corporation documents, providing information and researching public records.
• Make corrections to the database as needed through research and extensive customer interaction.
• Cross-train with other sections and process documents per Arizona Revised Statutes Titles 10 & 29.
