Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account manager for Key Municipal Accounts within AOR.
• Manage bid opportunities from early planning through submission and award.
• Coordinate truck specifications, pricing, and contract requirements with sales leadership, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Track orders, production, delivery, and payment; keep agency contacts informed throughout the process.
• Resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate account, bid, and order records.
• Build long-term relationships that support contract retention and future awards.
