Jobgether is seeking a Commercial Development Lead – Transportation Sales based in the United States. You will drive business development with State Departments of Transportation across the Western region, owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through procurement and contract awards.

You will collaborate with solution engineering teams to craft tailored proposals and build a robust revenue pipeline.

Formación

• Direct experience with DOT organizations and public sector agencies.
• Strong ability to open and win long-cycle accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building with state agencies and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop opportunities across Western US DOTs.
• Build territory plan and forecast opportunities.
• Own full sales cycle from engagement to procurement and contract.
• Lead proposal development for competitive bids and RFPs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor proposals.
• Navigate public procurement processes and contracts.
