Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to support government clients on program and project management engagements. You will work with a Transformation Risk Team to apply PM best practices across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and delivering measurable client results. Ideal candidates bring at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience along with a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field with at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge of process improvement, stakeholder engagement and performance management.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and obtain/maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve a broad range of PM operations for government clients (scope, time, cost, quality).
• Develop innovative recommendations and methodologies to drive organizational and process improvements.
• Deliver high-quality client services and build enduring relationships with stakeholders.
• Mentor staff and contribute to staff development and competency building.
