Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state, and local agencies manage programs and projects. You will join our Transformation Risk Team and work on a broad range of PM operations, applying PM knowledge to meaningful, complex projects with multidisciplinary teams.

You will receive robust PM training, opportunities to lead, and a path to develop client-facing leadership skills within EY's Government & Public Sector practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, engineering or business field.
At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
Experience leading teams on engagements.
Knowledge of process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead collaborative client engagements with government agencies.
Analyze data to develop innovative organizational improvements.
Deliver high-quality client services and build relationships.
Mentor staff and foster team development.
Travel to client sites as required (up to 30–80%).
