Job summary

EY US Transformation Risk Team seeks qualified professionals to help federal, state, and local agencies enhance program management capabilities. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable improvements across scope, time, cost, and quality.

You will lead engagements, mentor staff, and stay aligned with evolving government project practices, with travel as needed and a focus on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field.
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading teams on engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in collaborative client engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to develop recommendations for process improvements.
• Deliver high quality client services and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Travel to client sites as needed per project requirements.
• Support EY PM methodologies and contribute to staff development.
