Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state, and local agencies manage programs and projects within its Transformation Risk Team. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to improve program management across scope, time, cost, quality, and resources.

You will apply PM knowledge to complex projects, access robust PM training, and mentor staff while traveling as needed to client sites. EY offers a hybrid model and comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a business-related field with at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative client engagements and drive program management improvements.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations and methodologies.
• Deliver high-quality client services and establish durable client relationships.
