Appian invites a Technical Consultant to join the Customer Success team. You will create software solutions on the Appian platform for commercial clients, guiding projects end-to-end from design to deployment, including AI components and APIs.

This is an in-person role at our McLean, VA HQ with collaboration across client teams and internal stakeholders. You will work in an agile environment, defining processes, leveraging AI tools, and helping customers adopt and scale solutions while advancing

Qualifications

• US Citizenship - candidates for public sector roles must be a U.S.
• 1+ years of hands-on software development or technical consulting
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field
• Willingness to travel; 20% or less annually to support customer engagement

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on Appian platform.
• Define, design, develop and implement custom software and AI solutions.
• Work within an agile environment to understand business processes and needs.
• Launch new relational data models in production and develop APIs.
• Collaborate with client's technical teams and drive adoption of apps.
