Job summary

The State of Illinois’ Department of Central Management Services seeks a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain talent pipelines and advise hiring leaders using evidence-based insights. You will collaborate with State agencies, HR, legal, and compliance teams to implement innovative sourcing strategies in a complex public-sector environment.

You will drive executive recruitment initiatives, manage outreach campaigns, and monitor recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year college degree in HR or related field.
• Requires 1 year of responsible administrative HR experience or completion of an agency approved professional management training program.
• Experience with talent sourcing, executive search, recruitment or workforce planning.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internet search methodologies, and other recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop talent pipelines for positions ranging from entry-level to senior leadership.
• Provide direct support for executive and specialized recruitment initiatives.
• Lead recruitment marketing and outreach plan development and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze data and reporting for recruitment.
• Provide consult and guidance to hiring managers and other stakeholders.
