Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of four years of college education.
• Two years of professional HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent IDOR at college/job fairs, community events, and meetings, in-person or virtual.
• Perform professional, complex functions relating to HR programs, policy, and procedures.
• Serve as a confidential HR specialist to the Recruitment Manager and HR Director.
• Respond to inquiries from management staff, state employees, and the public regarding hiring, classifications, payroll, benefits, and policy.
• Participate in the interview process as a panel member.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
