Qualifications

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment aligned with Hiring Administrative Policy.

• Provide guidance on sourcing, screening, interviewing to ensure policy compliance.
• Support development and maintenance of job descriptions.
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
