Responsibilities

• Understand customers' business and technical needs and design technical strategies for Cisco solutions.
• Collaborate with partners, architecture teams, and CX to drive adoption and optimization of solutions.
• Partner with Account Manager to build a robust pipeline via discovery, demos, and deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with customers through in-person meetings and non-transactional touchpoints.
